Some info from liz

At the last CWP it was decided that AWAHS auspice the NAIDOC grant the grant is usually for $1,000 it was decided that a community BBQ be held at Hovel Tree reserve (where the bread oven is ) and to use this day to incorporate the flag raising. If we get some volunteers we can organise some games for the kids, maybe a treasurer hunt and some fun things

We need
ALL local organisation to write a support letter for AWAHS to auspice the grant
Who can be on a small steering committee
We need to know who wants to organise a game or activity on the day
Who can help with the shopping
Who can help set up and pack up
Who wants to cook the BBQ
Who can help purchase the food
Who can help to make the salads

BUT if no-one puts there hand up to help there will be no NAIDOC activity in Albury
